City of Jinn: Heritage Walk at Feroz Shah Kotla

The third in our monsoon series of heritage walks will explore the fifth city of Delhi, Feroz Shah Kotla. Built by Sultan Feroz Shah Tughlaq in 1354, the complex houses the enduring Ashokan pillar, and the ruins of a grand fortress, a baoli (step well), a dungeon, among other vestiges. Shrouding these mesmerizing structures, are stories that evoke mysticism, devotion and spirituality.
Here legends often surpass logic, and jinns inhabit the ancient stones.
