What to expect
Let us wrap up this year and the Dil Dilli December series with some love stories from Delhi’s timeless eras.
These stories transgress boundaries and transcend generations. From the valleys of Kashmir and Kabul, the golden sands of Jaisalmer and Jodhpur, to the cities of Agra and Delhi, they all narrate different shades of love.
Love that is laced with pride, anger, longing, devotion, disappointment, excitement and a mélange of other feelings. Of the many stories that history has to offer, one such tale is that of Habba Khatoon. We will sit on the lawns of Safdarjung Tomb, to explore the timeless tales of love, or Dastaan e Mohabbat.
