Heritage Walk at Feroz Shah Kotla

Our next heritage walk sets out to explore a historical city from the Tughlaq era. The fifth city of Delhi, Feroz Shah Kotla, was built by Sultan Feroz Shah Tughlaq in 1354. The complex houses the ruins of a grand fortress, a baoli (step well), a dungeon, and the mighty Ashokan pillar. Shrouding these mesmerising structures, are stories that evoke mysticism, devotion and spirituality. Here legends often surpass logic, and jinns inhabit the ancient stones.
